CERTIFIED
Employees of small businesses, and businesses of medium and low risk of accidents, can benefit from the Emergency First Aid at Work course (EFAW). During the training, participants will gain the knowledge and skills to provide basic first aid, such as assisting a choking person, helping a burn victim, dealing with fainting, and treating minor wounds. Additionally, they will learn how to perform Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) based on realistic scenarios using manikins. The training will also cover first aid regulations and the duties of a first aider, all with the aim of acquiring the necessary skills to keep the casualty alive until the arrival of the emergency services.

The First Aid at Work course (FAW) is a comprehensive training program designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide life-saving first aid in the workplace. This course covers a wide range of topics, including CPR, wound care, bleeding control, shock management, burns treatment, fracture management, poisoning treatment, heatstroke prevention, choking relief, cardiac arrest management, AED training, injury and accident prevention, safety protocols, first aid kit, medical supplies, emergency preparedness, risk assessment, injury management, injury treatment, and emergency care. Upon completion, participants will be able to recognize and respond to a range of medical emergencies, understand the role of the first-aider, and have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide first aid. This can help save lives and prevent minor injuries from becoming more serious.

CERTIFIED
First Aid at Work refresher course is designed for people who have a valid FAW certificate and would like to extend its validity for another 3 years. This training lasts 2 days instead of 3 and is cheaper compared to a regular FAW training.
The training includes all the information provided in a regular course, but in a systematic form. Most of the training time is allocated for exercises.

The Emergency Paediatric First Aid course (EPFA) is a comprehensive training programme designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to provide first aid to children and infants in emergency situations. Participants will learn how to respond to a range of medical emergencies, such as CPR for children and babies, recovery position, automated external defibrillator for children and babies, bleeding and hypovolaemic shock, burns and scalds, seizures, choking, and anaphylaxis. By taking part in this course, individuals will gain the confidence to provide effective first aid in an emergency situation and ensure the best possible care for the child. It is essential for anyone working with children, such as teachers, childcare workers, parents, and healthcare professionals.

The Paediatric First Aid course (PFA) includes all the elements specified in the EPFA training.
The PFA course is essential for anyone working with children, providing them with the knowledge and skills to act quickly and effectively in emergency situations. It is required by OFSTED registered establishments and offers more exercises and scenarios than the one-day EPFA course, giving participants the confidence to provide the best possible care for the child. This course covers a range of medical emergencies, such as amputation, asthma, broken bones, difficulty breathing, electric shock, eye injuries, head injuries, heat stroke and heat exhaustion, nosebleeds, poisoning, sepsis, smoke inhalation, spinal injury, sprains and strains, and diabetes.

Certificate of Attendance
Basic Life Support and AED course (Automated External Defibrillator) is a synthetic training aimed at familiarizing people with resuscitation and the use of a defibrillator. The training is intended for those who want to learn the basics, but do not need a certificate accepted by HSE.
It is a great way to learn the basics of resuscitation and the use of a defibrillator. Additionally, it is a great way to gain confidence in the event of an emergency. Moreover, it is also a great way to save lives.
