BLS & AED course

Basic Life Support (BLS) is a training programme designed to teach individuals how to respond to life-threatening emergencies. It covers a variety of topics, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillation (AED). BLS training is suitable for first responders, and lay-people who want to learn how to respond to medical emergencies. The programme is designed to give participants the skills and knowledge necessary to provide life-saving interventions in a variety of settings.

After the BLS&AED
course you will know how to assess the situation and provide the necessary help.

  • You entered the office and found an unconscious stranger lying on the floor. The person's skin is almost gray and their eyes are wide and still. You can hear raspy breaths escaping their parted lips and feel a faint pulse. Recognizing that time is of the essence, you rush to the defibrillator and begin to assemble it, your heart pounding in your chest.

  • A crowd gathered on the wild beach in Spain as someone ran out of the water carrying an unconscious child. With panic rising, nobody knew what to do. Then, someone sprinted to a nearby store and returned with a defibrillator.

  • At a birthday party, the celebrations took a sudden turn when one of the guests started choking. With a look of panic on his face, he gestured to someone to help.
